Geoff Anderson reveals ‘future of fishing jacket’

Danish apparel brand Geoff Anderson is marking the first digital EFTTEX Awards with the introduction of two Scandinavian-made jackets.

The Tsuba3 (above) is described as ‘the future of the fishing jacket’. The company says: “This is maximum quality with precise, tailored features and innovative technology. Unlike the vast majority of our competitors, the fabric is made in Scandinavia. The technology means that it has no pores/holes that can become clogged and prevent the material from breathing.”

Geoff Anderson adds that the Tsuba3 is based on everything that the company has learned over the years as makers of highly specialised fishing jackets. “Since the first prototype in 2009, the jacket has undergone intensive tests. We have taken all the valuable data from the original and put it in the Tsuba3.

“Produced just 45 minutes by plane from our Copenhagen office, you can be absolutely sure of its second-to-none quality and the fact that each jacket has undergone an intensive quality test before leaving the factory.”

Alongside the Tsuba3, Geoff Anderson has also entered the Barbarus Asimi 2 Jacket (above) into the awards. The company says that its aim with the clothing was to combine its ‘stone safe’ waterproof and breathable construction with a more contemporary and functional design.

“The Barbarus is warm and versatile with an exquisite soft insulation that provides great heat preservation. It can be considered a worthy member of our family of premium waterproof and breathable garments. Its generous length and insulation gives maximum protection against the weather.”
