Scandinavian anglers get their hands on top US lures
Anglers across Scandinavia will be getting their hands on some hot US baits following a distribution agreement recently agreed by one of Sweden’s top tackle supplier.
Malmo-based Darts AB will be taking a wide selection of lures from Big Bite Baits. Our man at Darts, Calle Rosslin, told us that it has a wide line-up of products that are a great fit for Nordic zander, perch and pike fishing.
• What products will be available? Curl Tail Grub, Fat Grub, Twin Tail Grub, Swimming Craw, Trick Stick, Disc Worm, Smallie Smasher, Shad, Swim Minnow, Cane Thumper and Jointed Jerk Minnow.
• Where will they be available? Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark.
• What are likely to be the best sellers? The Twin Tail is a true classic that always catches perch no matter where you are and has always been a top seller. When it comes to Texas or Carolina Rigs, the swimming craw gives the perfect presentation. Others include the Swim Minnow and Cane Thumper – popular swimbaits that are easy to rig and big fish magnets. Many new personal bests has been set with these swimbaits.
